RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Alhaya.pk offers a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products.  In case the customers face any issues with our products, they can return it within Three days and have their money back in next 8-9 working days. 

Products’ Condition in case of a Return/Exchange

In order to be a product returned (for an exchange or permanently), it must be

  1. The item should not have been worn outside. 
  2. The product must remain in pristine, unworn condition, with no modifications or alterations permitted. 
  3. The product should be returned with its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and packaging materials. 
  4. The product should not have been laundered. 
  5. The product should be free from scents, including colognes or perfumes.
  6. The product should contain no spots, stains, or blemishes. 
  7. Claimed within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in mint condition, with the pricing label secure.

Address/Information Modifications:

Customers can modify information during the 24 hours of order. One can also discuss such an issue when they receive a ‘confirmation call’ from our representative. However, once the order has been confirmed or dispatched, no address or information can be changed. 

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. Alhaya.pk reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including

  • Stock unavailability
  • Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
  • Pricing imprecision
  • Wrong Information/address given by the customer
  • If the customer does not respond to the confirmation call, text or e-mail

 

Exchange Orders:

Exchanges and additions can be made within 24 hours of order placement. In addition to that, during the confirmation call, our representative will confirm if the customer wants to add or change anything. 

Alhaya.pk implies no charges on exchanged items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Exchange for another item is applicable, and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.

 

Order Placement Through Authentic Mediums:

We encourage our customers only to place orders from our official website, www.alhaya.pk, our WhatsApp account, or call on our official number, 0308-0335550 and our official Facebook and Instagram page, named alhaya.pkofficial For any further consultation email us at info@alhaya.pk 

 

However, Alhaya.pk warns each individual to not purchase any product through any other medium except the ones that are mentioned above. Alhaya.pk doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased by unauthorized resellers, individuals, Facebook, or Instagram pages. 

 

Order Verification and Delivery Duration:
Verification and preparation placed on Monday-Friday can take 2-3 working days. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazette holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in the verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. 

 

Cash on Delivery 
Customers who prefer cash on delivery will pay the charges after accepting the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contacting tracking information, be sure to check the junk/spam folder as well.

For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Charges: 

We currently offer free local shipping on orders Above Rs.3000 All Over Pakistan. Depending on the areas, there will be will be delivery charges of about 200-500 PKR. In case of Return OR exchange of particular item, shipping charges will be paid by customer.  

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless specified in the description.

Paid Order Modifications/Returns:

In case of a paid order being modified, a partial refund will be credited back to your account once the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is being canceled then the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.

The current exchange rate will be applied to the refund of the items returned/exchanged.

In Case of a Defected of Misplaced Order:
In case of any defective or wrong orders dispatched to the customer, alhaya.pk offers free pick up to rectify the situation. However, if the customer accepts the order, the company will no longer be held liable for any defects or misplacements. 

We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.

Fabrication and Washing Instructions:

Most of our abayas are made of 100 percent pure Korean georgette. Materials are also specified in the product description of every item on the Alhaya.pk’s website. 

Alhaya.pk takes no responsibility for any damage after washing or ironing an Abaya or Hijab. 

Refusal of Parcel Without Any Reason:

We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery WITHOUT ANY REASON. Instead, store credit shall be issued against the refused package once it reaches back to our stock.

Once the relevant team assesses your product, you will be offered an exchange/store credit subject to availability.
