Navy & Blue Abayas

Navy does the work black does without the flatness, and it is the one colour that reads as formal in daylight as well as after dark. The range here runs from a deep navy that behaves almost like black, through cobalt, to peacock and teal where the blue is clearly the point. Blues take beadwork and katdana particularly well — silver and pewter work sits on them without the harsh contrast it can have on black.
