Shipping Policy

1. Coverage & charges

• We deliver across Pakistan — all major cities and most towns, via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax or equivalent).
• Flat delivery fee: Rs. 250 per order.
• FREE delivery on all orders of Rs. 3,000 or more.

2. Delivery timelines

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days.
• Other cities and towns: 3–4 working days.
• Remote areas: up to 5–6 working days.
• Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Sat) are usually dispatched the same day. Sundays and public holidays are not dispatch days.
• During sale events (Eid, 11.11, Black Friday) dispatch may take 1–2 extra days.

3. How your order is packed

• Every abaya is folded with tissue along its natural seams so it arrives crease-free and ready to wear.
• Parcels go out in a sealed protective flyer that keeps the cloth clean and dry in transit.
• Invoices inside the parcel show item codes, not full product names.

4. Tracking

• As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email/WhatsApp with your courier tracking details.
• You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and phone — no account needed.

5. Delivery attempts

• Couriers attempt delivery up to 2–3 times and will call the phone number on the order.
• Please keep your phone reachable — unanswered calls are the most common cause of returned parcels.
• Parcels refused or unclaimed are returned to us; we'll contact you before cancelling the order.

6. Delays beyond our control

Weather events, road closures, strikes and courier network disruptions can occasionally delay parcels. We'll always help you chase a delayed parcel — message us on WhatsApp at 0300-1234567 and we'll take it up with the courier directly.

Paying for your order

Every order is paid at least in part before it is dispatched. At checkout you can pay in full, or pay the delivery charges up front and settle the balance with the courier when your order arrives. We do not accept orders with no advance payment.

Bank transfer and mobile wallet details are sent on WhatsApp as soon as you place the order, and your parcel is booked once payment is confirmed.

Delivery charges

Delivery is Rs. 300 for the first piece, plus Rs. 100 for each additional piece in the same order. A three-piece order is Rs. 500.

The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, and it is the same figure everywhere on the site.
