Shipping Policy

1. Coverage and charges
- We deliver across Pakistan — every major city and most towns — through trusted courier partners (Leopards, PostEx, TCS or equivalent).
- Delivery is Rs. 300 for one or two abayas. From the third piece onwards, Rs. 100 is added per piece — so three abayas ship for Rs. 400, four for Rs. 500. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
2. Delivery time
- 4–7 working days nationwide. Major cities are usually at the faster end; remote areas at the slower end.
- Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not dispatch days.
- During sale periods (Eid, 11.11) dispatch can take a day or two longer.
3. Payment and dispatch
- Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed — either the full amount, or the delivery charge in advance with the balance paid to the courier at the door. Both options are shown at checkout.
- Bank transfer and wallet details are sent on WhatsApp as soon as the order is placed.
4. Tracking
- You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp when the parcel is handed to the courier.
- Track any time with Track Order or from My Account.
5. Packaging
Every abaya is folded and packed to arrive crease-free, in plain packaging with no description of the contents on the outside.
6. If a delivery fails
- The courier attempts delivery twice and will call the number on the order. Please keep it reachable.
- A parcel refused at the door or returned undelivered is treated as a cancellation on its return to us. Any advance paid, less the delivery charge, is refunded as set out in our Refund Policy.
